Park Lane Financial Group treats each client relationship with the same care that we hope one would treat our own family.

When engaging in a holistic planning relationship with Park Lane, we’ll follow 7 steps:

1

Understanding Personal and Financial Circumstances

During our first meeting we gather detailed information about your current financial situation, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and personal goals. This offers a clear picture of where you stand compared to where we hope to take you.

2

Identifying and Selecting Goals

Together, we’ll discuss and identify your financial(and other) aspirations. These could be short-term goals like saving for a vacation or long-term goals such as retirement planning, buying a home, or planning for the next generation.

3

Analyzing Current Course of Action and Potential Alternative Courses of Action

During this step, we analyze your current course of action/current investment allocation. The goal is to explore other possible strategies to improve the likelihood of achieving your goals. ie: less financial concern and more enjoying life.

4

Developing Financial Planning Recommendations

Based on our analysis, the CFP®️ Professional creates personalized recommendations. This plan outlines the steps you need to take to achieve your goals, considering your current situation and potential obstacles. This plan will change as time goes on, which is why consistent communication is a must!

5

Presenting Financial Planning Recommendations

This is the exciting part! Our team provides recommendations that are designed to help you achieve your goals and overcome uncertainty. We’ll explain the rationale behind each suggestion and how it supports your pursuit. This is the step when we define responsibilities of the client, responsibilities of the planner, and how we’ll continue to partner together moving forward.

6

Implementing Financial Planning Recommendations

The time has come to put our plan into action. This might involve opening accounts, reallocating investments, purchasing insurance, or any other actions outlined in the plan.

7

Monitoring Progress and Updating

Once the plan is in motion, the client and planner meet according their pre-scheduled check-ins to stay updated on the progress. Our priority is monitoring and adjusting the plan as needed based on changes in your life or financial situation.

Getting started is often the most difficult step. Just as other challenges in life, once you’ve started, no one can stop you.

Life isn’t the same tomorrow as it was today, and neither are your finances. Communicating with your advisor between scheduled meetings to discuss any uncertainties or major life changes is absolutely necessary.
