In September 2024, Cade founded Park Lane Financial Group on the basis of providing clients with financial planning services, regardless of whether they had investable assets. The firm was built on the belief that financial guidance should be accessible and relationship-driven, not product-driven. As an independent practice, Park Lane Financial Group is free from sales quotas or proprietary product requirements, allowing recommendations to be fully aligned with each client’s best interests.

Cade believes financial planning goes far beyond investments, it’s about redefining one’s relationship with money and using it as a tool to create opportunity, security, and freedom rather than stress. His goal is to build lasting relationships that lead to a continuously improving financial situation for the client; one in which both the client and advisor each hold responsibilities that evolve overtime. Holding each other accountable is a perfect formula for consistent communication and dual commitment to achieving a jointly established goal.

Deeply committed to his community, Cade serves as a board member of the NEPA Estate Planning Council and Coffee Inclusive, a nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities. He is also actively involved with organizations such as Junior Achievement Young Professionals, NEPA POWER, The Kirby House, and other local community initiatives. Cade believes continuous education and professional development are essential to delivering the highest level of service to clients.

Outside of work, Cade enjoys traveling, exploring global cuisine, powerlifting, coin collecting, and golfing (or at least trying to). He shares his home with two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Buffalo Chicken and Bleu Cheese, who reflect his well-known passion for food and humor.

Cade believes each person is blessed with unique strengths and that true fulfillment comes from using those strengths to improve the lives of others. As he says:
